We are very happy that our latest project Les Choses is now at the Biennale Internationale Design Saint Etienne in the exhibition L’ Essence du Beau curated by Sam Baron.
-Les Choses- is a reverse cabinet where the content becomes the container.
Old family tools are brought back to light in a fossile like status, arranged in an organized display. In their physical absence these objects have become super-presences: they are not mere graphic signs, however they retain part of the original materiality. Offering themselves more often to our glances, they exercise all their evocative power.
Materials: oak wood, stoneware, stainless steel.
