Dossofiorito has been a design studio founded by Livia Rossi and Gianluca Giabardo, active between 2012 and 2018.

Operating from a former car workshop in Verona, Italy, the duo carried out in an empiric way its researches on forms and materials.

Their projects were mostly self-initiated and gave life to collections of objects, independently produced in collaboration with high skilled craftsmen. Although spanning on different subjects (plants and the human relationship with Nature, food, kids workshop, interior) the various outcomes all shared a performative and relational attitude, often acting as a vehicle for toughs.

In 2018 Livia and Gianluca relocated to Helsinki, Finland, where life and new opportunities brought them to pursue new collaborations or individual projects. Every now and then, they find themselves working together again on commissioned projects… and it’s a pleasure!
