Che Fame?  (what kind of hunger?) is a workshop for children inspired by the set of dishes Appetite. In it Children are invited to investigate their sense of hunger and to reflect upon the ideas of portion and preference regarding their meal.
Choosing between a series of shapes of different dimensions, the kids are involved first hand in the making of three dishes reflecting their preferred food quantities.
They are invited then to compose their plates for a fictitious three courses meal, encouraging them to make aware and responsible choices among the more or less healthy courses proposed on the menu.
